Animal Hospital Roblox treatments are diagnosis-to-item matches: Herbs treat headache, Medicine treats stomach ache, a Thermometer handles fever, Bandages handle bleeding, Ointment is used for burns or rash, Cough Syrup treats flu and Maple Syrup treats low sugar. Read the diagnosis shown by the game before taking an item because a wrong treatment can kill the patient.

The first seven rows are the usable matching list for ordinary item questions. Dry-eye wording is the exception because available descriptions differ between Eye Drops and an IV-related step. Treat the live interaction as the deciding instruction for that case instead of assuming the two wordings are interchangeable.

How to treat a patient

  1. Read the diagnosis or treatment requirement shown for the patient.
  2. Repeat the diagnosis before leaving so the assignment is not confused with another case.
  3. Match the wording to the item in the table.
  4. Collect only the item assigned to that patient.
  5. Return to the correct patient or specialized room.
  6. Confirm the patient again before using the item.
  7. Stop when the current prompt differs from the remembered pairing.

This sequence begins with information rather than the nearest shelf. A supply runner can move quickly only after the diagnosis and destination are clear. In solo play, finish one confirmed assignment before filling the backpack with supplies for several possible cases.

Treatment items versus room equipment

Some cases use a room or machine instead of an ordinary carried item. Room 6 contains X-Ray equipment, Room 7 contains the Heart Monitor and Room 8 is Surgery with specialized surgery supplies. When the game names one of those requirements, the destination is part of the treatment.

Do not flatten X-Ray, heart monitoring or surgery into the medicine table. Taking a bottle to the correct wing does not satisfy an equipment prompt, and carrying surgery supplies into an ordinary case does not make them useful. State the patient, requirement and room together during a handoff.

Dry-eye and wording conflicts

Dry-eye descriptions vary between Eye Drops and IV-related wording. The difference may reflect different versions or separate steps, so the safe response is to read the exact prompt that is active now. Do not select one merely because it appeared in an older list.

Burns and rash may also appear as separate case wording even though both are associated with Ointment in the known list. Confirm the exact diagnosis before use. A shorter table is more useful than expanding it with guessed real-world medicine.

Team treatment handoffs

Use a three-part callout: patient, diagnosis and item or room. “Patient A, flu, Cough Syrup” gives the runner and treatment player the same assignment. “Patient B, X-Ray, Room 6” makes it clear that the next action depends on equipment rather than a carried bottle.

Repeat the assignment when responsibility changes. Say whether the item has already been collected so two players do not duplicate one case while another receives nothing. After success, remove the assignment from the queue and clear obsolete supplies before preparing the next patient.

Nurse, Head Nurse and Surgeon change how treatment work is carried out, not which item matches the diagnosis. Nurse adds carrying space. Head Nurse can submit carried treatment items together with its once-per-shift technique, so its backpack must contain only verified supplies. Surgeon rewards successful treatment, which still requires the correct match first.

Common treatment mistakes

  • Choosing an item from real-world intuition instead of the displayed case.
  • Treating the word “Medicine” as a category when it is also the item paired with stomach ache.
  • Giving Herbs for any problem other than a confirmed headache.
  • Giving Cough Syrup because a patient coughs when the displayed diagnosis is not flu.
  • Mixing room equipment with ordinary carried treatments.
  • Activating Head Nurse’s technique before checking every backpack item.
  • Continuing after the live prompt contradicts an older list.

If a treatment fails to match the current interface, pause and read the patient, diagnosis and destination again. Remove the outdated object from the plan before another player repeats it. The goal is one verified case and one verified action, not the largest possible inventory.
